At Iron Oak Dog Co., we understand that every dog is unique, which is why our Board + Train services are designed to cater to their individual needs. Our expert trainers focus on building a strong foundation of trust and communication while creating a structured environment that promotes learning and growth.
Your pup stays in our home, living alongside our personal dogs, instead of a commercial kennel environment. We take a maximum of three dogs in for Board + Train at any given time. This ensures the highest level of attention and care for your companion.

Companion Puppy
Equip your puppy with the skills they need to thrive in their environment and become a well-adjusted, happy dog for years to come. Developed for new puppy owners who seek a solid foundation for their companions, this board and train program combines immersive training and socialization with personalized instruction.
Expert trainers will work with your puppy in a structured environment, acclimating them to a routine, developing essential life skills, and socializing them with stable adult dogs. Choose an extended stay option to allow additional time for habituation of routines and for field trips to a variety of locations for enhanced socialization.

Companion Dog
Obedience and behavior modification are essential for fostering a harmonious relationship between you and your canine companion. This program focuses on teaching practical commands and addressing specific behavioral issues, ensuring your dog responds confidently, consistently, and predictably so that they can be a part of more of your life.
Expert trainers will work on manners, grooming, and obedience in real world environments, ensuring reliability where you actually need it. Choose the 30 day option for on leash obedience, and the 45 or 60 day option to add off leash remote collar training, additional time for behavior modification, or both.
